Xiu Chen Cravens is a professor in Education Policy at Vanderbilt University. She serves as the director of the International Education Policy and Management (IEPM) M.Ed. program and the director of the newly launched Peabody-Asia Consortium for Education (PACE) at Vanderbilt’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development. She is the course developer and lead instructor on research design and systematic inquiry for Peabody’s Independent School Leadership (ISL) M.Ed. and the Leadership and Learning in Organizations (LLO) Ed.D. programs.
