Jason Culbertson is a collaborative educational leader with a proven track record of driving transformational change in educational organizations. With a background deeply rooted in education and leadership, Jason has dedicated his career to advancing educational practices, fostering teacher effectiveness, and improving student outcomes.

Previously, Jason served as the CEO of Insight Education Group, Inc., where he provided leadership and oversight for all aspects of the organization's operations. Under his guidance, Insight Education Group experienced exponential growth, impacting educators and students in over 30 states. Before joining Insight Education Group, Jason served as EVP, COO, and CLO at the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET). While at NIET, Jason worked closely with State Education Agencies to implement large-scale initiatives in Educator Effectiveness.  Throughout his career, Jason has been instrumental in designing and implementing innovative programs to support educator effectiveness and school improvement initiatives. His expertise in instructional coaching, leadership development, and educator support has been recognized internationally through his numerous presentations and publications.  As an adjunct instructor at the University of Connecticut, he provided training and support for educational leaders in Jordan, contributing to the enhancement of educational practices on a global scale. In addition to serving schools coast to coast on the enhancement of their human capital development and performance management systems, Jason serves as an accreditation reviewer for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
