Derick is a Director of Auxiliary Programs at an independent school in Fort Worth, Texas with expertise in using market research to establish price points for our summer camps, enrichment programs, and extended day childcare.  Versed in creating budgets for every major "strand" of auxiliary programming and keenly aware of how auxiliary programs contribute to the larger financial strategy of the School, Derek has overseen the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and compensation processes for an array of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
